Cancellation Policy

Makeup Artist Policies & Service Agreement To secure your date, payment is due in full upfront. Refunds are only given with proper notice: 72 hours for special occasion makeup or 14 days for bridal. Payments are non-transferable unless agreed in writing. Rates & Minimums Holiday bookings are billed at time-and-a-half. Early start before 7:00 AM adds $50. Travel Travel within 20 miles of Brighton, IL is included. Beyond that, travel is $1 per mile round-trip. Parking, tolls, and venue access fees are the client’s responsibility. For groups of 6+ or tight timelines, an assistant fee of $150 may apply. Bridal Trials Trials are non-refundable. Cancellations follow the standard policy (72 hrs special occasion, 14 days bridal). One reschedule is allowed with 7+ days notice; a $20 fee may apply. Cancellations & Late Arrivals No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened or cancelled service and are still billable. Timelines Each service includes full skincare prep. Natural looks: 45–60 min Bridal: 60–90 min Lashes: add 10–15 min Hygiene & Allergies All products are applied with strict sanitation practices. Please disclose allergies, sensitivities, or skincare treatments in advance. Reactions are rare, but the artist is not liable. Patch tests available by request. Health Policy If you are sick, notify immediately. The artist may refuse service for health reasons. If the artist is ill, efforts will be made to arrange a replacement or refund. Minors Children must have written parental consent. Payments & Gratuity Returned payments incur a $35 fee. Gratuity is appreciated but not required. Photography With permission, the artist may capture photos for portfolio/social use. Images will not be posted before your event without approval. Liability By booking, you release the artist from responsibility for any reactions or outcomes outside her control.
